Hey As a childcare worker myself and a qualified teacher i am interested in easy to follow ideas for positive behaviour management. It is very difficult to find ideas on this subject and all children respond in different ways to certain responses regarding manangement of behaviour. The positive affirmations are brilliant, a really great part of the diary. For the languages I would suggest the addition of Japanese. For 2009 I'd love to see some different songs, the ones in there are fairly well known. Prehaps some lesser known ones with (sung to the tune of). This diary is wonderful!!! I bought one for myself, just to check them out, and loved it sooooo much that I am going to buy some for my friends. It has great tips, songs etc, and each day also has a spot to record which shift I am working - so there's no excuses for me being late!! Thanks so much for a wonderful diary .... I've worked in childcare for 6.5 years and never new that their was such a fantastic book out there. I took it to my work today and show it to my team members they also had never seen this book before we are now going to purchase one for all our perment staff. My director will look it up on the net as I have just done. I had to go home today as my son has been sent home from school unwell, while he is sleeping I decided to look up your web site. Tomorrow I will re - speak to my director to see if she had time to place an order, if not we will do it tomorrow. This will made all my team mates job so much easy. Well done.
